The final rules...
Finals:
1.The 12 teams selected have to report to the control desk
at 10 AM sharp on 13th Feb 2003 alongwith 2 copies of their
final PowerPoint presentations on 2 floppies.
First Round:
Speech Making:Topic for the speech(on topics other than your
preferred choice) would be given at the control desk. The
speech should be of 31/2 to 4 minutes,followed by interjections
by the judges only.
Second Round:
The best five from the first round proceed to this round.The
contestants have to give final powerpoint presentation of
6 to 7 minutes followed by audience interjections.
The winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event.
Note: The prizes will be given on the final day of Troika
i.e. 15th February 2003 at PHD House,Delhi( Venue for SPAC
and valedictory function).
Prizes: 1. First prize: Rs 4000.

Second prize: Rs 2000.
3.
Third prize: Rs 1000.
